What do I really want?
Start with a written listing of 3-5 accomplishments that you can accomplish successfully. Take a small step towards improvement. Prioritize those goals.
Should I really change?
Look at the list and ask yourself how important is it for you to be successful at each goal? To change the current results it is necessary to change the processing.
What’s the bright side in all of this?
Can you see the light at the end of the tunnel? Is it possible to make those changes?
Am I comfortable with what I’m doing?
Ask yourself how confident are you in your decision making? Always be ready to make new improvements.
Have I done enough for myself?
Discontentment allows you to move forward to make progress in life.
Am I happy with where I am today?
Express gratitude daily. What 2 things do you appreciate about today?
How much could I have?
Love yourself as you are today to start with a positive base. Now ask how important is it to make changes to have and do more? It takes a commitment to work to make changes for yourself and to improve relationships.
What motivates me, what do I want?
Look at your wishes and find your motivations to make specific changes Fulfill one success wish at a time. Self improvement is about something you really want and are motivated enough to go after it.
What are the things I regret most in life so far?
How have your regrets encouraged you to lead a more successful life? The past cannot be changed. Learn from those regrets and more forward. Make peace with the past so it doesn’t mess up the present.
We usually can’t choose the music life plays for us,
but we can choose how we dance to it.
Make yours a beautiful memory.
